Guarantee and Returns Policy

Our Guarantee

We have quality control procedures in place to ensure quality product is supplied. Product failing to meet these standards will be accepted back without question within 21 days – effective from date of shipping – for a full refund or exchange. The refund or exchange is conditional upon the returned product remaining in new and unworn condition, tickets have not been detached from the product, original packaging is returned with the product and product is accompanied with a completed Returns / Replacements / Exchanges form.

Exceptions to these conditions are circumstances where the product has failed to meet general acceptable standards of washing and wearing over a period not exceeding 30 days from date of shipping. A full refund or exchange will be made on receipt of the faulty product accompanied with a completed Returns / Replacements / Exchanges form.

Returns / Replacements / Exchanges

We want customers to be completely happy with their purchase. We give 21 days – effective from date of shipping – for product assessment and return for refund, replacement or exchange. This is conditional that the returned product is unworn, tickets have not been detached from the product, original packaging is returned with the product and product is accompanied with a completed Returns / Replacements / Exchanges form.

The cost to return and ownership of the returned product remains with the customer. Ownership transfers when the product is receipted into store. As part of our guarantee if the product has failed to meet quality standards the refund will include the customers cost to return.

Refunds

We will process the refund within 5 days of receiving and assessing the product. Refunds will only be issued to the original Paypal account. The processing time for the refund to show as a credit is dependent upon Paypal’s processing times.

Special Price Product

We will meet our obligations under Consumer Guarantees Act to replace or repair any faulty product. Other requests for returns, refunds or exchanges are unable to be processed for product sold in this category.
