Where can I get help with purchasing?

Can I pay with my Credit Card?

Our payments are via PayPal OR just an email away from ‘direct payment via internet banking’. Email us  ‘sales@merinomerino.co.nz’ and we will get your requirement/s sorted.

What is PayPal?

PayPal is a secure, globally recognised method of making payment online. Via PayPal, you can make a payment with your credit card or debit card. Do I need to get a PayPal account?

No. If you wish to simply pay with a credit card or debit card without signing up for PayPal, please click the link “Don’t have a PayPal account?” when making your payment OR Email us  ‘sales@merinomerino.co.nz’ to help you.

How do I order online?

Follow the directions on each page – Choose your product, including size and colours, Click Add to Cart. Then View your Cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your contact details and choose method of payment as PayPal. If choosing bank transfer we will email you our bank account details. We are available for manual orders during opening hours: Weekdays 10am-5pm, Saturday 10am-2:00pm

Your order will be despatched within 48 hours on receipt of payment.
